Our portable sneeze guards are custom made to fit on most table surfaces. The unique design offers protection on all 3 sides, while allowing the freedom of movement from the carefully thought out curved die cut opening.
Due to feedback from our customers, we now vastly improved our portable shields. These new units come in ONE piece with the two sides folding onto itself. They also feature a die cut opening at the top for easy portability and everything easily and neatly tuck into our provided carrying bag.
Another concern was due to the nature of where the desk shields are placed, there is a lot of impact and the shields take quite a beating. To counter this, we switched to using a PET material. PET is vastly superior to acrylic and glass while still offering the optically clear look necessary for placements on tables. PET is a flexible and impact resistant material that will not shatter when dropped or bumped into.
PET is more flexible than polycarbonate and can often stand more impact punishment. If you’ve ever purchased a plastic bottle of carbonated soft drinks and water, you’ll have come across this PET material.

Which Plexiglass Shield is right for me?
Due to the demand of having an easy to use portable solution for people on the go, we have specially created a shield that is easy to carry around and set up. Our shields connect together on the sides and can be angled outwards for maximum coverage. We use 3 mil thick acrylic and it even has a die cut opening on the bottom for documents or credit card terminals to easily pass under.
Perfect for teachers, insurance agents, or anyone that does not have a set desk or needs to go to various locations to meet clients.
Our shields can easily disconnect into 3 pieces and we provide a carrying bag solution to easily allow transport to various locations.

What is Portable Plexiglass Shield?

What material do you use?
Typically we use 4.5 mil thick acrylic for our freestanding shields with metal stands on the side. The reason why we use this thicker material is that it’s more sturdy and more durable for long term use.
Also, this thicker material won’t warp or bend easily from warmer temperatures.
Another option if you want to make the shield as invisible as possible is to use our acrylic bases. This base uses our ½” thick acrylic to provide stability.
