Wildwood Presentation Centre

Twiisted Media recently had the opportunity to partner on the branding and graphics for the Wildwood Presentation Centre, a project that perfectly highlights our team’s capabilities in large-format production, custom fabrication, and precision installation. From the initial file setup to the final onsite execution, we delivered a complete end-to-end solution designed to elevate the client’s space and create a polished, immersive experience for their visitors.

One of the key components of this project was the custom printed acrylic pieces installed throughout the presentation centre. These large-scale visuals serve as both functional and aesthetic elements—setting the tone, enhancing the interior architecture, and communicating the Wildwood brand story through clean, cohesive artwork. Our team managed all aspects, including pre-press setup, colour correction, panel alignment, and quality control. The result is a seamless installation that transforms the space with vibrant, high-resolution wall graphics.

In addition to the wall treatments, we also produced and installed a range of acrylic 3D signage. This included both dimensional pieces and printed acrylic panels that add depth, texture, and a modern design aesthetic. For this project, clear acrylic was used strategically to achieve a premium look while allowing the artwork beneath to shine through. Our custom print work on clear acrylic required meticulous precision, with direct-to-substrate printing and controlled opacity to maintain the intended visual hierarchy. Every piece was cut, polished, and prepared in-house to ensure a flawless finish.

For the Wildwood project, our wallpaper wraps played a key role in shaping the overall atmosphere of the presentation centre. Each graphic was printed in high resolution to ensure crisp details and consistent colour across every panel. We handled all pre-press work, including layout, paneling, and colour management, to guarantee accuracy during installation. Onsite, our team aligned each panel with precision for a seamless, floor-to-ceiling finish. The final result is clean, durable, and visually impactful throughout the space.

Because of the variety of materials and visual elements, file setup and pre-press played an especially important role. Twiisted Media handled all pre-flight checks, scaling, layout refinements, and colour management to ensure consistency across different substrates. We worked closely with the client to ensure artwork translated accurately from screen to production, adjusting layers, bleed and print profiles to meet the requirements of each material. Our attention to detail at this stage helped prevent onsite issues and ensured all components aligned perfectly during installation.

The final installation phase brought everything together. Our team coordinated logistics, onsite measurement, and installation sequencing to minimize disruption and maintain the presentation centre’s tight timelines. Wallpaper panels were matched with precision, acrylic signs were mounted using concealed hardware for a clean architectural look, and every surface was inspected to meet our quality standards.
