Large Custom Foam Letters Vancouver for Trade Shows & Events

For the 2026 Pacific Dental Conference (PDC 2026), our team was commissioned to produce a large-scale trade show signage installation in Vancouver that would serve as a visual centerpiece inside the Vancouver Convention Centre.

As one of the largest dental conferences in Canada, the event required high-impact conference signage that could stand out among thousands of attendees moving through the exhibition space each day.

Large Custom Foam Letters for Event Signage

To achieve this, we designed and fabricated 5-foot tall custom foam letters in Vancouver spelling “PDC 2026.” These large foam letters were built using high-density styrofoam with a 12-inch thickness, creating a bold three-dimensional display ideal for trade shows and corporate events.

Dimensional Lettering & Suspended Installation

Because the “PDC” letters were suspended using rigging, our team engineered the structure to ensure durability and safety while maintaining clean edges and a professional finish.

Custom Painted Foam Letters & Branding
